| Associate Director of Dissemination and Implementation |
Job Description: This position supports the Director of Training, Dissemination and Implementation. Responsibilities of the Associate Director of Dissemination and implementation include the following:
•Seeks and creates avenues to increase treatment dissemination to potential client organizations.
•Identifies and develops potential clients for BTECH
•Assists the Director of TDI and the Project Management Team in assessing the needs of systems seeking implementation of evidence-based treatments
•Assists in identifying areas of future focus for BTECH services and conducts need/market analyses in this regard
•Assists trainers in the coordination of implementation efforts

Qualifications: •Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Psychology, Public Health, Marketing, or Business Administration, or related field.
•Ability to learn and accurately convey the content of DBT and other evidence based behavioral treatments
•Experience working with mental health systems and service providers (public and private) on all levels of care and in all types of settings preferred

Skills/Requirements:
•Ability to establish and maintain effective, professional working relationships with administrative staff, clinicians, teams, trainers, and others involved in implementation efforts.
•Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
•Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team
•Ability to travel
This position is located in a normal office setting that includes a diverse group of staff. Regular in-office hours expected, although flexibility is required due to global customer geography. This position requires travel.

| Project Manager: Intensive Training, Implementations, and International Affiliates |
Job Description: Behavioral Tech, LLC (www.behavioraltech.org) is seeking a Project Manager whose role is to manage the contracting process and coordinate deliverables for all projects that include Intensives, Foundation Training, and System Implementations. This position also coordinates activities related to Behavioral Tech’s international contracts and affiliates.

Qualifications: •B.A./B.S. degree in business, psychology, or related field preferred.
•Experience with Behavioral Tech training formats and procedures preferred
•Baseline knowledge of Dialectical Behavior Therapy required

Skills/Requirements: •Proficient computer skills: MS Office Suite and web-based applications required.
•Ability to learn and use other computer programs as necessary.
•Must be an organized and detail oriented project manager.
•Must be able to prioritize and work with minimal supervision.
•Able to work under tight deadlines and manage several projects simultaneously.
•Possess excellent written and verbal skills.
•Experience in maintaining complete, accurate records
•Must have excellent client service, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
•Demonstrated professionalism and effective communication skills in dealing with all levels, including senior management.
•Must be able to effectively cope with typical job stress.
